5. Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Important: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on slippers unless they are defective or incorrect items. All other footwear is eligible for returns.
