Eligibility Requirements
- Items must be unworn and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase must be provided
Important: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on slippers unless they are defective or incorrect items. All other footwear (boat shoes, boots, clogs, flats, heels, loafers, sandals, sneakers, and athletic shoes) are eligible for returns.
How to Return or Exchange

- Package your items: Securely pack the footwear in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Refund Process

Exchange Process
