Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • A proof of purchase must be provided
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on slippers unless they are defective or incorrect items. All other footwear including boat shoes, boots, clogs, flats, heels, loafers, sandals, sneakers, and athletic shoes are eligible for returns.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Wait for authorization: Our comfort-focused customer service team will respond within 1 business day with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package your items: Securely pack the footwear in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Ship your return: Send the package to our warehouse at:

  5. Track your return: We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Return Shipping Options

You may choose your preferred return shipping method:

  • Standard Return: Use any carrier of your choice (customer pays shipping)
  • Exchange Only: For exchanges of equal or greater value, we’ll provide a prepaid return label (US customers only)

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival):

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Credit card/PayPal refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution
  • You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your new items once the returned items are received and approved
  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll be charged the difference
