- Items must be unworn, in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be included
- A proof of purchase must be provided

- Wait for authorization: Our comfort-focused customer service team will respond within 1 business day with return instructions and an RMA number.
- Package your items: Securely pack the footwear in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Shipping Options

- Exchange Only: For exchanges of equal or greater value, we’ll provide a prepaid return label (US customers only)
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival):
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Credit card/PayPal refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution

Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your new items once the returned items are received and approved
